      Pros

      Philz is all about the people and it shows in everything they do. The CEO and CPO are in stores all the time, always accessible and care deeply. It always starts from the top. I am very proud to work for Philz.

      Cons

      Philz is growing fast. That’s good and bad. Lots of new initiatives. Some stay around and some fade. I would like to see more focus.
