PhillyTech was a great place for inspired people - everyone was very passionate and helpful to me as an intern. The one thing that stuck out to me was how excited the higher ups were to constantly innovate and succeed in their business.

Since the work is mostly remote, communication can become an issue. It sometimes felt a little disorganized and I was rarely clear on what exactly I should have been doing.

PhillyTech is the only firm in the industry that can help software and hi-tech companies hire talent, sell technology and generate leads.

You need to be extremely passionate, entrepreneurial and interested in software and hi-tech to fit into the culture.
