      Pros

      Working for PSI has been one of the biggest blessings. Stress has been low and its allowed me to place equal importance on my family and being a Mom as well as a professional. Always treated with respect and appreciation. I worked for 12 years at an advertising agency before coming here which felt a little ruthless and this felt so kind in comparison.

      Strategies change back and forth, as if the companies long history is not known by the leadership team. Leadership team was arrogant
