unfortunately anyone who does any real work has been gradually leaving the company. many structural changes from up top but no real implementation or enforcement, especially no negative consequences for toxic colleagues. A lot of politics for a place where no one is interested in doing actual work, but more interested in playing the image of "i'm working".
