Pros
Colleagues are great and it is a great eye-opener to see what the ugly side of the corporate world is truly like
Cons
Please do NOT sell yourself short and be lowballed here. This company breaks all forms of verbal contracts (i.e. lots of empty promises). Different story when HR comes in (suddenly a lot of benefits disappear) - true story across various roles and departments. Company is super stingy (won't reimburse you for company-related purchases that have been pre-approved) but the directors are filthy rich, so make of this what you will. Employees are also forced tiptoe around the directors. Here at PhillipCapital you can find an extreme hierarchical structure with a LOT of office politics. Management tends to offload resigned employees' work to the existing employees with no pay/benefit increment whatsoever. Super backwards company that has not changed since its establishment in 1975. Plus always super low on budget for any project proposals so don't expect to achieve anything professionally here.
