When no work is involved, the people are friendly. Although company are very Asian core, there are some flexibility in work timing.
Cons
No proper handover, proper skill and knowledge transfer Flat structure with many manager in title but not actual authority Old guards with excessive power to dictate where the resources should flow to, and it is totally lopsided.
