      Pros

      This is a family friendly place to work. They always have ways to make sure that there is a happy balance in your life between you family and your job.

      Cons

      The only con I can really say is that there is not any promotion unless you threaten to leave to be employed someplace else.

      Pros

      Was a great university to work for although merged with Jefferson University. Salary was competitive and great benefits including 401K a 4% match

      Cons

      The work is never done. You have to be able to stop working on a timeline or you could work non-stop and burnout.
