Remote job, Established company with regular performance reviews that keep the guesswork out of what you need to be focused on.

Lots of moving parts so it take time to absorb it all but they work with you on it.

I booked a few great short term nanny gigs with PNN while getting my feet wet in the field- they always have options for long term and short term gigs!

Can’t think of any cons that are major red flags but from what I remember the only con was that the main office was in Ardmore, Pa. I didn’t drive at the time so the public transit but about 50 min from Philadelphia.
