      salary and benefits are good

      tons of gossip, pointless meetings with no progress, big egos, not many hard workers on the corporate side, most doing just enough to get by, outdated systems and not open to new ideas although they claim to be.

      Pros

      Easy work guaranteed 40 hours a week great benefits no lay offs pension 457 or 401k paid sick days holidays and vacation days

      Cons

      You get penalized for using sick days to easy to lose progressions in the summer time the higher up have less work so they micromanage everything you do new rules are constantly being added it’s not a real union the union works for Pgw so it’s a conflict of interest when it comes time for them to defend you the company always puts the blame on you if they can never find a conclusive answer to a problem
