The workplace is beautiful.

The owner and management are inexperienced. They pick and choose who they like on a personal level and allow those people to succeed. Employees are fired when the owner or other employees decide they don’t like the person anymore- without warning. If members of the staff don’t like you, they will bully you. Management is not hands on, staff is left to fend for themselves when it gets busy, without support.
