You need to advocate for yourself on pay while negotiating. They will try to bring you in very low.

Training is a big deal at the facility. They are big on training managers and supervisors. They also communicate their plans well with staff. They are willing to pursue the latest technologies. They are very employee friendly, so job security is great there. They provide yearly raises to the staff.

There is limited opportunity to grow as a product of their employee retention. Many employees have been in the same position for years, and don't necessarily move along in their careers. Salaries are at the low end of what is competitive, but being a small community hospital in Sleepy Hollow, they may not be able to provide the most competitive salaries.
