      Communication is very secretive and seriously lacking, lack of professionalism, and consistency in applying policies and procedures.

      Pros

      Actual office accommodations are nice.

      Cons

      No matter what level employee you are when hired, if OM states they will train you, get it in writing, print it out, keep the paper version. Never know when you will need the back-up.
