Pros
Phase Genomics has a fast-paced and dynamic development environment, which has led it to conduct some extremely promising and exciting scientific research. The work culture is also very healthy, with great work-life balance, fantastic leadership, company transparency, and zero to no bureaucracy. Overall, this is a great place to be!
Cons
Work tasks are fairly structured and teams lean heavily on the Scrum workflow management system. This is not a real drawback but is certainly not for everyone. However, the main downside of the company is the somewhat lower compensation compared to other larger biotechs in the Seattle area.
