Pharos solutions is a place where you can learn to learn. I have worked here for almost 4 years and i couldn't have been happier about it. Great working environment, friendly management, flexible hours and challenging projects. You're given opportunities to follow your ambitions, learn new technologies and give inputs towards the company's future. I basically feel at home when im at Pharos, because i know that my say matters, and that Pharos always has its employees' happiness as a number one priority. Whether its introducing new technologies, training, flexibility of hours, benefits or even more advanced game rooms! Many diverse projects come in, which allows you to learn more on the job as well as eliminate the boredom of repetitive work.
Cons
Working from home is only granted once per month. I think this number could be increased if availability in office is not necessary.
