      Because the team is relatively small, employees and contractors feel impact, level of control, responsibility and appreciation.

      Cons

      Timezone differences for locations, board and staff may be an issue for some, but wouldn't really call it a con.

      Pros

      I enjoy coming to work every day. Pharmgate gives their employees a lot of flexibility both within a given work week and when planning PTO. There is open communication with management and a general sense of belonging.

      Cons

      The work can get redundant but that is the nature of the industry/position.
