Pros

Office is located in easily accessible area of Prague and there are many lunch spots around.

Cons

The workload at is more than overwhelming. There seemed to be a lack of proper resource allocation and unrealistic expectations for employees. Workplace culture is toxic and upper management is straight up abusive! Bullying employees is a part of daily routine here. No wonder there is very high turnover rate.

Pros

Worked here as a Business Development Executive and overall had a positive experience. The company is growing and you get exposure to international clients and different types of regulatory and PV projects quite quickly. The team is supportive and approachable, and there is space to take initiative and learn by doing. Good place if you want to understand how the life sciences consulting environment really works.

Cons

Because the company is expanding, processes are still evolving and the workload can be busy at times. You need to be comfortable with a fast pace and changing priorities.

Pros

A central office location. You learn the basics of how regulatory affairs work. Diverse projects, at least at the beginning.

Cons

The workload is overwhelming, with no work-life balance and constant expectation to overwork. The management culture is toxic and unethical, offering no support or proper on-going training while fostering a blame-oriented environment. Project managers are often left without anyone to turn to for advice. Micromanagement from higher management is also excessive, requiring employees to account for every second of their day, which contributes to a stressful work environment. Additionally, promotions are often given to individuals who are underqualified and it really affects team morale and productivity. The bonus system is unreliable, with management arbitrarily deciding not to pay it. The company shows little concern for the quality of work delivered to clients. High turnover rates. Despite the heavy responsibilities and workload, salaries are relatively low.
