      Pros

      Company provides the best equipment the get the job done and also make sure there are no issues throughout the day of work. There are warning signs and meetings for whenever there is something in the way of work such as a broken pallets, oily floors, any cables that may result in an employee tripping and falling eventually resulting in injury. Pharmavite has the best team from management to safety teams to maintenance.

      Cons

      Lack of info about any new pay or new job openings.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement.       Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
