Cons
The upper management is terrible to put it nicely. Employees are constantly put down and degraded. Unless you are in the clique. Very much like highschool. Women managers get very jealous of other female employees. They spread rumors, bully, etc. Dont let pay by performance fool you. Raises are already determined before an employee fills out their review. A good raise is considered to be 2 percent, which is around 25 cents. Serious issues are hidden by the quality group leadership. The opelika facility has a mold problem they are covering up. Managers who have been demoted at other companies for inability to work with people and who caused recalls and quality issues are now employeed here. Dont count on promotions either.
