      Pros

      Centrally located in the lovely San Fernando Valley where gentle breezes blow, birds chirp, and squirrels happily go about their business without a care in the world. Well known Nature Made brand.

      Cons

      They change Senior Executives as often as most people change their underwear. Will never beat the competition to market as they are scared to death to release anything new without testing it into infinity. It would seem they recruit middle management from the depths of Hell.

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
