Pros

-Good benefits and titles -Access to lots of pharma databases -Some VPs are actually interested in developing the consultants -Work life balance is decent. There are times when things get really busy, but that is usually in the fourth quarter -No travel(if that is what you are looking for) -HR is helpful

Cons

-Work culture does not support any intellectual curiosity/new ideas. It really is a sweatshop that only values efficiency in recycling its dated methodologies -The management is extremely egoistic -Complete lack of passion for the subject matter; most of the people who work here do not have a background in the sciences and make little to no effort to build that knowledge base Working at this place is the qualitative equivalent of mindless bean counting. And the current talent turnover reflects it.

Pros

Can get a nice title with no benefits and no real input into the company but nice title, decent benefits, the advantage of a larger parent company. Some on the lower rungs are really smart terrific people but have no real input into the company. At one time there was a nice collegiate atmosphere.

Cons

Confusion, lack of competency, dictatorship and sweat shop.

Pros

Some strong people. Most don't get past one year. Those working there are really smart and know their subject.

Cons

Expect 12 hour days and weekends. You will be watched as to when you log in even at night at home. Atmosphere is at times like a college atmosphere which is sometimes immature and sophomoric.
