Upper level management at the PharmaForce International office in Reading, PA is very incompetent. They will be the reason you leave the company. Make sure you save every communication you have with them because they will try to sneak things under your nose without you realizing it. They will grant certain employees special privileges, but not others. They will enforce a strict policy for time off and makeup time even if you are salaried, however, they will knock off work whenever they please. Seriously it was always a guessing game as to when they would show up to work, so it made their policy seem like a joke. You won't get fast response times from upper level management when communicating via email, and when you do finally get a response it will say "sent from iPad" meaning they just play games all day. Seriously I don't know what they do all day, maybe that's why they take so many vacations. BE AWARE: They have their own personal HR firm representing them who they pay out of pocket to represent only their interests. They claim that the third party HR firm is looking out for the whole company but that is a lie. Do not trust them. They won't think twice when stabbing you in the back. Always save your e-mail communications when it involves either party. In conclusion, the upper level management is awful. It's a small company so unfortunately, you will see them a lot (if they show up for work). They will probably have some of their employees create a bunch of fake reviews after this one to make it look like everything is fine when in reality it's a train wreck.
