      The are no pros to this joke of a company

      Cons

      I sold my sole to the Devil. They wrangle out of every contractual loophole and will do what it takes to leave you with nothing at the end. They suck every ounce of soul from you. Pressure cooker atmosphere , extremely rude and obnoxious team leader. Expect 100 plus calls a day. Monitoring down to the second. Pulled into meetings if slightly over. Can’t take a toilet break without being followed, yes really, I was followed towards toilet three times in one day by opposite gender colleague. Tie you into excessive and unreasonable over time that you can’t get out of, averaging 70 plus hours a week. Frequent 12 hour shifts and they still want more. Was offered a incentive to post a “creative and positive review” during my time here, I will leave a review but I will be truthful, and I won’t take any bribes.

      Pros

      It’s a real shame as there are some genuinely lovely people in the finance team and this could be a nice team to work in but there is a really negative culture and poor management.

      Cons

      How this place has got the ‘ best place to work’ award I don’t know. You are expected in the office 3 days one week and 2 the next, they change your days with a days notice and you can’t park anywhere! When you’re actually in the office none talks to eachother and they sit with headphones in as they scared to speak a word near management. You work hard for no reason because you will be told you aren’t doing enough or not meeting expectations, they like to put staff on a performance plan here and dangle your job like a carrot! You will never get promoted and the finance team has a high turnover. Not to mention nothing you do in this team is accounting, you are a glorified admin assistant. As a management accountant your expected to also be on that salary managing a whole team of 5 plus people, if they do a foot wrong it’s your fault. Honestly the worst decision you could ever make in your career is to work here, you would be better off not having a job.
