Your work and success is applauded by team members because the culture drives people to be happy for one another. You can put on multiple hats and learn a lot based on your interests. You get to work on big health care market problems... the solutions are used almost all pharmacies and support data for the majority of elderly patients in the U.S. You know everyone in the company. There's a strong sense of growth in the company as we hire more people to support all the new programs. Your creative ideas are actually used! Oh an every employee is in the bonus pool today, that's just great!

As a small company, the benefits are not top in class, but they are still good. There are growing pains of hiring people and choosing the right ones if you have to do it fast is not fun.
