Pros

People enjoy eating around here so plenty of snacks and coffee with good food.

Cons

Little to no training at all. Lack of transparency in job description. HR combats with various departments and will create “investigation meetings” with your manager if you don’t share in their gossip. Actually, it’s a giant game of “passing the buck” at pharmalink. Coworkers constantly bad-mouth each other all the time so the culture is unnecessarily dramatic. And if you are working sales, don’t expect for you to receive your bonus for about 2 months, if you’re able to comprehend their perpetually error-riddled reports.

Pros

Company has been stable until recently, company has been adding people

Cons

I have been here for quite some time, I have seen the company grow, and now start to fail. This is a niche industry, so not alot of competition. In the past few years, the company has brought on employees that don't understand the family atmosphere that was created. The owner recently sold a large percentage of the company to a venture capital group, Turnover rate is super high, Everyday is filled with drama and confrontation, it's become quite depressing to come into work. Benefits are really bad if you take the health insurance expect that almost 30% of your take home will go towards health insurance. The reason for this is that most of the employees don't take health coverage because of the cost. The PTO is behind industry standards even if you have been here along time you get a minuscule amount of pto, there is no sick time just straight pto. If offered a job here ask about the cost of health insurance and the lack of pto before accepting. Fix the culture its terrible
