People from technology department are the most helpful colleagues I have been ever worked. They are skilled in multiple technologies or tools. Got to learn a lot from them. Thank you guys!!!
Cons
1. Salary Structure- It is way poor. They never wanted to get you as per market standard and they are not even trying to match it. 2. Joining/Performance/ Referral Bonus - If you have received any kind of bonus and you leave organisation within an year after receiving it then you have to return it 3. Work load - Work load is too high than an average work load accross industry. Seems 1 person is doing job of 4-5 people. They do not prefer to hire new people with market standard CTC. They have their own CTC standards i.e. way below market. This is cause less team size and more work load 4. Exist Policy - It is the worst part of this review. If you resigned at PharmaACE then you have to serve notice period of 3 months with your salary being on hold. Yes, you will not receive salary for 3 months of notice. They will pay that in bulk after doing full and final settlement. Just imagine you have to pay home loan and car loan installments from your saving while being on notice period. 5. Mandatory Salary Account - In this world of flexibility PharmaACE mandates you to have salary account at IDFC bank only. No matter what bank you prefer or what existing bank account you have.
