Poor Leadership, Zero Growth, and a Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee Pharma.solutions Employee Review

My experience at this company was disappointing due to several key issues. There was a significant amount of ambiguity, with no clear direction from leadership, which made it difficult to perform effectively. Executive leadership often operated in an underhanded manner, lacking transparency and integrity, and fostering a toxic environment by speaking negatively about employees behind their backs. Communication across teams was consistently poor, leading to confusion and frustration. In addition to the existing issues, it became clear that many managers were not true leaders. They failed to inspire and motivate their teams, often opting for a directive approach that stifled creativity and initiative. Rather than fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment, they often prioritized their own agendas over the growth and development of their employees. This lack of genuine leadership left many employees feeling undervalued and disengaged, further contributing to the low morale within the organization. True leadership should involve guiding and supporting teams, but instead, many managers operated more like overseers, which created a disconnect between leadership and staff. The benefits package was among the worst I’ve seen, which, combined with low employee morale, created a demotivating workplace. There was no formal training or professional development offered, limiting growth opportunities. Additionally, the lack of diversity in leadership was glaring. The company also discouraged open communication, punishing employees who raised concerns rather than addressing them constructively. This created an environment where employees were expected to follow orders blindly, with little room for feedback. Given the dysfunction, coupled with non-functioning AI software, I don't foresee the company lasting much longer. Overall, I would not recommend working here based on my experience.
