Pros

Friendly and professional Culture So many perks - company events, food, and support from colleagues Great Interviewing process - my recruiter always was in touch and my onboarding was done remotely before I started, it was blissful. My Manager truly cares about my progress and helps me to remove obstacles that I face. The fulfillment center is clean and organized, temperature controlled. Hybrid work option - 2 days a week.

Cons

Can get a bit overwhelming at times but they preach work-life balance as long as the company's needs are met. I also spoke to my manager about it and he was totally understanding.
