      A lot of recent turnover that has caused a great deal of stress to those who are training new employees

      Growth is exciting and can be difficult because out success depend on the right hires! It is always challenging to make sure we hired the right people because the fit needs to go both ways.       good environment - non-toxic and everyone is friendly good leadership

      Cons

      Overtime hours - 10hrs a day (with saturdays sometimes being mandatory) On your feet all day (but you get mostly used to it)
