Large amounts of middle management moved from their biggest competitor as well as the division CEO, creating a number of "Untouchable" employees, who can never be fired, and will always be favored for promotions, regardless of performance. Informa Group refuses to stand up for diversity and inclusion publicly, incase they lose customers. Lastly, actual data is poor quality, and is not industry leading, like they claim. So in essence they are trying to provide a sub-par service, while using marketing to show they are world-beaters.
