Some great team members , pay is good,

Bullying left to go ahead , no training plan for new starters , long probation unless your face fits , new rules plucked out of thin air when they feel like it if they want to disagree with something you want, pay is good but workload is high , stock management is poor and managed by someone with no idea about medications , management team dont give a damn about anything never see them unless you are going to possibly lose them money, if your not wanted in the team it is made very obvious.

Great team colleagues, who continue to support one another when higher management does not.

Higher management does not deal with issues appropriately and causes conflict between employees. Could at times be a very toxic work environment. Valid issues and concerns dismissed very easily. Higher management defensive and did not take constructive feedback well. Pay does not reflect the working environment and pressures are increased by poor management from the top.
