PharPoint Research Response
2yThank you for your feedback. We continuously look for ways to enhance employee satisfaction and improve as an employer. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t have a great experience with us.
We understand compensation and benefits are important to our team. We strive to offer competitive compensation and benefits by evaluating market conditions annually via salary surveys. Recently, we have also added 2 weeks of paid parental leave to our benefits offering.
PharPoint also invests in the training and development of its employees. We offer a robust learning management system (learning library), instructor led trainings, lunch-and-learns, on-the-job training and an intern-specific training program.
As a company, we encourage employees to have open communication with their manager/director regarding salary. Our policies do not prohibit employees from participating in conversations about wages with other staff members.
We value your input as it helps us to further evaluate our programs and processes and make improvements where needed. We encourage you to reach out to our HR department if you would like to discuss any of these issues in further detail.
