Pros

What stands out most is the organization’s clear commitment to improving long-term care pharmacy services—not just operationally, but in how care is delivered to patients. There is a strong focus on quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement, which makes the work both meaningful and impactful. Leadership is engaged and forward-thinking, with a genuine emphasis on building strong teams and empowering individuals to contribute. I’ve especially appreciated the collaborative environment and the ability to make a real difference while helping shape processes and outcomes. PharMerica is also investing in its people—creating opportunities for growth, development, and innovation across roles. For anyone looking to be part of a team that is evolving, values accountability, and is focused on delivering better care, this is a great place to build a career. Overall, a dynamic and purpose-driven organization with a strong future ahead.

Cons

Initial stages of transformation and service enhancement

Pros

Literal nothing now so mind blown

Cons

Negative 100000 stars had to claim one star to leave this review!! Worked with Pharmerica for over a year as a collections analyst. Never missed a day. never got a single write up. I’m a single mom with an auto immune disorder of three small children and was fired illegally last week over a system that’s been proved very flawed “VERINT” within three hours of the 3rd party system being introduced. Verint shows “idling” after 60 seconds of no mouse clicks or keyboard strokes. We make calls all day for our job from the time we hit call listen to the rings, the customers VM and us leaving our scripted recording it’s over a minute long = idle on verint. 50 calls a day = 50 minutes of untrue “idling”! The supervisors Explained to us all via a teams meet we’d get a warning then fired. No warning for myself and 4 others just made us join a meeting as soon as we clocked in last Thursday morning to fire me. I’m now at risk of losing everything—- my home, my car, and my children over being wrongfully Terminated over this EXTREMELY flawed system. If this is how they treat their employees with pharmerica whom commit their everyday lives to they won’t hesitate to screw over the people they provide medications to. look elsewhere to a company that takes care of their employees AND customers!! They are doing things very illegally behind the scenes with breaking labor laws!! Having the employees now lock their computers to trick verint into doing its job bc it proved flawed to them after they fired us? Not to mention Making us do updates during lunch times unpaid illegally. Lawsuits are coming pharmerica it’s very sad what you’ve done to your employees!! -myself and the others that were illegally fired WITH NO WARNING NO DISCIPLINARY ACTION LIKE PROMISED! Imagine having a whole family to take care of and you’re fired one day randomly over a very flawed system to lose everything in your entirety over nothing you did wrong!
