Beware of Owner - Anonymous employee Phantom Point Employee Review

I urge anyone considering working for this company to thoroughly research its ownership and reputation. I have concerns about the owner's conduct, including the mistreatment toward employees and behavior that reflects racially biased and discriminatory attitudes. He avoids financial responsibilities with lies/omissions and creates misleading online reviews to bolster the company’s image. The few employees he does have on the books only stay because there are limited jobs available in the area. This is an ongoing conversation amongst them. Working for a small business might be what you are looking for, but just know that he lacks the basic standards of respect, fairness, and integrity that is owed to his employees.
