Internship - Anonymous employee Pfleiderer Employee Review

I was working in factory. Company is good, proffesional, good salary. Environment a little closed and no a lot of opportunities to grow (trainings, international programes etc.). Hard to be promoted by suscesse, have to wait until the position will be free (retirement or leaving company what is really rare).
