Pros
When you are lucky to get a permanent position: Well paid position, good feedback culture, regular 1:1s, activities outside working hours, canteen in building
Cons
not much room for career progression, difficult to get a permanent position, temporary contracts with CPL which get renewed every 6 months but only up to 23 months in total, I found it nerve-wracking when they extended my contract only days before the previous contract supposed to end!
