When I started the the direction of the company seemed clear and the driving force was innovation.
Cons
Executive Management Team has lost direction. There have been a few ideas coming from the executive management team that do not seem to fit the overall direction that the market is taking and they are loosing customer confidence due to that and other mishaps that have been made in the decision process. Executive Management does not value the employee input on most occasions.
