      Journeyman buy their way in without schooling even foreman are being hired right off with just a little experience, dealt with union politics and job site schoolyard drama.

      Good company. Good size. Treat employees fairly.

      Could use more/newer tools. Sometimes we don't quite have the tool/part needed and have to make things work.
