Pros

The customers were the best part. Being able to help animals in need also a plus.

Cons

Management doesn't help much when it comes to anything. Was always told "I am the Store Manager i don't technically have to help with shipments and other duties. I do it out of the kindness of my heart." They never helped. We were usually there by ourselves for most of the morning shift. No lunch breaks or any breaks. They put an outrageous amount of work on the key holders and assistant managers and expect you to finish all of it with little to no help. SM always took time off when others had already requested the days and then she denied the time off for everyone else.

Pros

Working with dogs donating expired food to shelter, Doing constant returns for beetles and worms in dog food as well as treats.

Cons

Sudden change to salary forced to work 55-60 hours a week no O.T unrealistic workload not enough hours to staff store according to meet expectations. Extremely low pay vs work load and responsibilities leads to animal neglect. Groomers underpaid cant commission causes high turn over. Lack of coverage never use PTO, so you loose it they dont pay it out to you. They call you CEO of company without a ceo paycheck! Run from this company.
