      Pros

      It’s local to its employees. That’s the only reason we stay.

      Cons

      While the owner will happily spend millions expanding their property portfolio they are not willing to invest in their people. No training, no benefits, unfair pay, if something is asked of it takes months-years for an answer or decision.
