      Paid parking, Steady check if you follow the rules. Free lunch (same food over and over monthly)

      Cons

      Strict rules, no raises in years, out dated dress code, too many Hunt relatives work there, not industry competitive. HR needs to look into being industry competitive for a oil and gas company.

      Pros

      Great training. Definitely learn time management and delegation of projects. Professional oil and gas engineers to help optimize production with out push back. They will listen to your ideas and let you know if it a good or bad idea, and give you a reason with out judgement.

      Cons

      Only one I can think of is that people get hired and they stay. Not much room for moving up
