      Pros

      The manager is really cares about your well being! Management has an open door policy. You can bring your pet to work anytime. Parking at the building. Targets are achievable.

      Cons

      The work place sadly has an extremely depressing toxic culture imbedded into the work enviroment due to staff who have been there since almost the begining. I would have left a very long time ago if it was'nt for the manager! Absolutely no scope for career advancement.
