I've never worked with a company that was so committed to improvement. Leadership truly believes that a great culture drives productivity and is constantly striving to make it a great place to work. Lots of change happening (all positive), and opportunity to make an impact in the business. Work/life balance is promoted across all levels. Many departments have a work from home policy. Family Health days aren't just if you are sick - but if you need to take care of family, etc.
Cons
It's not the best environment for someone who doesn't embrace change or a fast pace. Personally, I love but could see how it could be frustrating for some.
