Pros
The company culture is team focused. Both internally and externally. Portfolio company Teams are always the main focus of investing and ongoing involvement. Market and Product matter, but team is paramount. The same is true internally, the Peterson team is stellar and works hard to help their companies and each other any way possible.
Cons
If you don't want to live in Utah (which is awesome), there aren't as many options.
