Pros
Compensation is good- You have to follow and constantly question and battle for your commissions and follow job costs as they are manipulating the % and moving labor from job to job
Cons
The division managers, vice presidents, and division president are all self serving idiots, who constantly mislead and have no regard for employees. They hire incompetent friends and place them in upper management positions, you are required to cover for their incompetence. Their attitude towards good paying customers is pathetic and they are constantly doing damage control caused by their own employees
