The people you work WITH are amazing, the people you work FOR are not. Pay is average, and raises come on your yearly review (normally). Healthcare is average but affordable. Those who have been there are while really are knowledgeable but the constant changes make it hard for anyone.

I have been working here a while, and it seems to be a revolving door. People leave, people get fired, and upper management constantly changes. Senior PCs, Directors, Accountant, Regional Managers, Sales Consultants etc... Every day the policies change, the way they bill changes, the way they collect changes. They haven't figured out a policy that works and because of that they keep changing it. Nothing ever stays the same, even your co-workers. Sometimes you send an email to someone only to find out they were let go the week before. If you are sick for a day or two everything has changed by the time you get back. It is hard to constantly changes the way you operate and always seems to be less effective than the way before. Upper Management never asks their workers for their input and that's one of the major issues. We use outdated programs, upgrades could be used all over. We constantly have subcontractors put holds on our accounts because nothing gets paid on time, and it's stressful. It's hard working around that many obstacles.
