Pros
Hybrid schedule, good atmosphere, good people who work below the "upper" management, nice employee events.
Cons
Owners preach about employees first but if you do something they don't agree with you are gone. The COF runs the company and he does not care at all about being a good human or people in general. If you are not a "yes man" this is not the company for you. My manager has no managing experience and just does what they are told.
