Some good people, you will get to know staff from other locations. Work life balance is ok
Cons
Get ready for customer complaints from slow management and lazy managers. The base salary is $100/week and the rest is commission, but with low prices pay is low per unit. Ownership collects sales spiffs and will only pay a small portion to you for monthly bonus, normally less than half on the high end. Management encourages other sales staff steal customers from each other, which means stealing your money. Management also put up with a good amount of drug use in the workplace, very unprofessional.
