      The animals, customers are friendly, if you are desperate for work and dont care u will fit right in

      Cons

      The animals are treated as merchandise , no incentives, pay is very minimal, upper management need to learn respect

      Great environment, Maria (the owner) is a kind and caring boss. Love the pet parents! Great area for grooming

      Cons

      It can take a couple of months to get in to the flow of the shop. The pet parents love their groomers and need time to get used to a new face at times.
