      Pros

      Great experience to work for a startup.

      Cons

      They preach "there is no room for hate" when you work there. However it was one of the most toxic & "hate" filled places I worked. I truly would not recommend anyone work here as I cannot imagine it will ever change (since upper "management" will never change). Steer clear of this place. It isn't worth it.

      Pros

      Utilizing the latest in tech to help animals and see that we are making an actual difference in families' lives is very fulfilling

      Cons

      They make me use my vacation days so I'm not working all of the time. :) (That's hard when tech isn't just my job, it's what I love doing)

      Pros

      Small fun hard working team of geeks and nurds alike. Most people can work remotely.

      Cons

      Small team means lots of extra help in areas that you many not be familiar with. Basically, lots of learning and drinking from a fire hose
