Pros

Full time hours Snacks/free food on some days Get to bring pets to work The people you work with are pretty cool once you get to know them, and are super helpful.

Cons

They might try to make it seem like you will be working a job where you won't be on the phones all day long, but truth be told, you will. It's just like every other call center job, except with more work. Not only do you have to take incoming customer service calls and write your tickets, but you are expected to to track packages for customers by calling FedEx, answer incoming calls from them as well, check in packages from the warehouse, do the ordering for office food and supplies, calling a third party company to try to figure out why a customers Rx food was not approved, calling the customer back to ask about vet information, solving mysteries, etc. Be prepared for a bunch more expectations then the average call center job, but they only pay the standard going rate. Favoritism is really bad here. Don't expect to get anywhere unless you suck up or are a favorite of management. And if they don't like you, they will try to get you fired. Plus, management won't help if you are in the weeds. There could be 11 calls in queue with only 2-3 ppl on the phones, and management will be talking and laughing while you get murdered. They get away with bad behavior, while customer service agents get reprimanded for little things all the time.

Pros

Full time, set hours/days off, paid lunches, benefits upon hire, fully stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks, and monthly rewards for good work, like catered food. Leadership truly cares about their people and their well-being. This is a low pressure job and it really is a change of pace from former jobs that induce high stress environments and treat people like disposable units of labor. This place is way better. The people here are extremely friendly and helpful and I feel like people could really grow here professionally if they put in the work. :)

Cons

Not too many opportunities for advancement. I wish there were more clear paths/guidance for where you could go if you want to move up. However, I do feel like there is great potential for it in the future the way things are looking. Also, being on phones all day can be rough when you get a slew of difficult customers, but it’s all a part of the job. The office pups definitely help with that though :)
