      Family owned company, owners tend to be 100% involved on all the process, they help you to grow and move on the right directions. Great work environment not stressful, where you can move along and accomplish goals the right way.

      They should improve Health coverage.

      -Family owned so you have the ability to make an impact -Health coverage, sick pay, vacation, 401K -Good company culture -The team is friendly and the workplace is safe

      Cons

      -You might have to wear many hats since it is a small family owned company (only a con if you don't want to do that)

      They do not train you and expect you to know what you are doing They send you back and forth a lot They make you do things you are not qualified for No communication at all
